محررو/ات جريدة «نداء الوطن» مبدعون. ومجتهدون أيضاً. والأهم: دقيقو الملاحظة، فلا يفوتهم/ن شيئاً.
ففي زاوية «خفايا»، يوم 18 آذار 2024، نشرت الجريدة ما يلي: يلاحظ أن المفوضية العليا لشؤون اللاجئين تتحدث بشكل رسمي عن «إعادة توطين السوريين في بلدان ثالثة»، ما بدا وكأنه اعتراف واضح من جانبها بأن وجود النازحين السوريين في لبنان هو توطين.
الحال أن هذه الملاحظة، البلهاء، حُذفت خلال ساعات النهار من موقع الجريدة. لكنها ستبقى، إلى الأبد، في النسخة المطبوعة وفي عدد لا يحصى من المواقع والصفحات التي نسختها عن مصدرها الأول. مثلاً «تيار.أورغ»، جعل عنوان الخبر «اعتراف واضح بأن وجود النازحين السوريين في لبنان هو توطين».
وهي دليل، لمن ما يزال يبحث عن دليل، على الإصرار والاجتهاد في التضليل والتحريض، اللذين تعتمد عليهما الجريدة في مقاربتها مسألة السوريين/ات في لبنان.
مع العلم أن هذه الجملة، المشكوك في اختزانها مؤامرة التوطين، ليست جديدة، لا في بيانات المفوضية ولا في تصريحات أخرى. حتى أنها وردت في مذكرة التفاهم بشأن المتقدمين بطلبات اللجوء، التي وقعها الأمن العام اللبناني مع المفوضية، في عام 2003. وهي المذكرة نفسها، التي تعتبرها اليوم السلطات اللبنانية، في سعيها إلى نزع صفة اللجوء عن سوريين/ات، مرجعاً مقدساً.
‘Nidaa Al-Watan’ Reveals the Conspiracy then Deletes it
The editors of “Nidaa Al Watan” Newspaper are creative and diligent. Most importantly, they are keen observers and don’t miss a thing.
In the column entitled “hidden insights”, on March 18, 2024, the newspaper published the following: It is noted that the High Commissioner for Refugees -UNHCR is officially discussing “resettlement of Syrians in third countries”, which appears to be a clear acknowledgment on its part that the presence of Syrian refugees in Lebanon is resettlement.
The reality is that this note, foolishly, was deleted during the daytime hours from the newspaper’s website. However, it will remain forever in the printed edition and in countless copies across various websites and pages that copied it from its original source. For example, “Tayyar.org” made the headline of the news “Clear acknowledgment that the presence of Syrian refugees in Lebanon is resettlement”.
It serves as evidence-for those still seeking it- of the persistence and diligence in misleading and incitement that the newspaper relies on in its approach to the issue of Syrians in Lebanon.
It’s worth noting that this sentence, which is suspected of harboring a resettlement conspiracy, is not new, neither in the statements of the commission nor in other statements. It even appeared in the memorandum of understanding regarding asylum seekers signed by the Lebanese General Security with the commission in 2003. This memorandum, which Lebanese authorities consider a sacred reference in their efforts to strip Syrians of their refugee status today.
