أجبر عناصر من المديرية العامة لأمن الدولة 70 سورياً/ة على مغادرة مكان سكنهم/ن في كوسبا (الكورة)، الخميس في 6 حزيران 2024، بعد كتاب وجهه في 3 حزيران محافظ الشمال رمزي نهرا، بناءً على طلب البلدية، إلى أمن الدولة للمساعدة في إخلاء أماكن سكن «السوريين غير الشرعيين».
ووفق حساب أمن الدولة على «إكس»، فإن العناصر «عالجوا أمر 70 سورياً رفضوا إخلاء كوسبا»، فيما أشارت «كورة برس نيتورك» إلى أن أكثر من 100 سوري/ة غادروا المجمع السكني نفسه، في وقت سابق.
أما كيفية «معالجة» أمر رافضي المغادرة، فإن الصور المتداولة لعناصر أمن الدولة المسلحين تكفي لتخيل لاطوعية الإخلاء.
كفردلاقوس
في 5 حزيران، طلب نهرا من أمن الدولة تأمين «المؤازرة الأمنية اللازمة لبلدية كفردلاقوس (زغرتا)، بهدف إجراء مسح تام على المخيمات ضمن نطاقها، بغية إنذار المقيمين غير الشرعيين والمخالفين للقانون بوجوب ترك أماكن إقامتهم خلال مهلة أسبوع من تاريخ إبلاغهم، بناء على كتاب من البلدية».
واستندت البلدية في طلبها إلى «ورود عدة شكاوى من قبل أهل البلدة، يعبرون فيها عن انزعاجهم من المخالفات والارتكابات الصادرة عن المقيمين غير اللبنانيين، لا سيما النازحين السوريين، من رمي الأوساخ أو التعدي على الأملاك العامة والخاصة، إضافة إلى انتشار الأوبئة وعدم التقيد بالشروط الصحية والبيئية».
بطرام
في اليوم نفسه، وجه نهرا كتاباً إلى الدرك وأمن الدولة، بناءً على قرار بلدية بطرام (الكورة)، طلب فيه تأمين المؤازرة الأمنية لـ«إخلاء الأبنية السكنية التي يقطنها السوريون غير الشرعيين والمخالفين للقوانين».
وجال نهرا، صباح الجمعة، في 7 حزيران، برفقة النائبين جورج عطالله (التيار الوطني الحر) وفادي كرم (القوات اللبنانية) «على المنازل والأماكن التي يسكنها النازحون السوريون للتأكد من حسن سير عملية الإخلاء».
حصرون
أعلنت أمن الدولة، في بيان الجمعة، أنها «وجهت إنذارات بالإخلاء للسوريين في بلدة حصرون (زغرتا)، على أن يتم الإخلاء وختم المنازل بالشمع الأحمر في حال انقضاء المهلة من دون تنفيذ».
Expelling 70 Syrians from
Kousba
Members from the General Directorate of State Security forced 70 Syrians to leave their residence in Kousba (Koura) on Thursday, June 6, 2024, after a letter was issued on June 3 by the North Governor Ramzi Nohra, based on a request from the municipality, to the State Security for assistance in evacuating the residences of “illegitimate Syrians”.
According to the State Security’s account on “X,” the members “dealt with the issue of 70 Syrians who refused to evacuate Kousba.” However, “Koura Press Network” indicated that more than 100 Syrians had left the same residential complex earlier.
As for the method of “dealing with” those refusing to leave, the circulated images of armed State Security personnel are sufficient to imagine the non voluntariness of the evacuation.
Kfar Dlakos
On June 5th, Nohra requested State Security to provide “the necessary security support to the Municipality of Kfar Dlakos (Zgharta), with the aim of conducting a comprehensive survey of the camps within its jurisdiction, in order to warn illegal residents and law violators to leave their places of residence within a week from the date of notification, based on a letter from the municipality.”
The municipality based its request on “several complaints from the town’s residents expressing their annoyance with the violations and actions committed by non-Lebanese residents, especially Syrian refugees, such as littering or encroaching on public and private properties, in addition to the spread of diseases and non-compliance with health and environmental conditions.”
Batram
On the same day, Nohra sent a letter to the gendarmerie and the State Security, based on a decision by the Municipality of Batram (Koura), requesting security support for “evacuating residential buildings inhabited by illegal Syrians and law violators”.
Nohra toured, Friday morning, on June 7th, accompanied by the deputies George Attallah (Free Patriotic Movement) and Fadi Karam (Lebanese Forces), “the homes and places where Syrian refugees reside to ensure the smooth progress of the evacuation process.”
Hasroun
The State Security announced in a statement on Friday that it “issued evacuation warnings to Syrians in the town of Hasroun (Zgharta), provided that the evacuation will take place and the houses will be sealed with red wax if the deadline expires without compliance.”
